Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, ensuring a seamless flow of materials and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and system updates, including BIN card management
  • Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including cleanliness, safety, security, and efficient layout for material handling
  • Ensuring timely issuing of raw materials to production as per the Kit Issue Planning schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems
  • Expertise in Inventory Control & Material Planning
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
  • Understanding of tax compliance for materials
  • Familiarity with FIFO, 5S, and standard store-keeping practices
