Retail Store Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled retail leader to fill the role of Assistant Retail Store Manager.
About the Role- Customer Service & Sales: Drive store sales and customer retention through exceptional service, handle customer queries and complaints, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering, ensure proper inventory control, and minimize shrinkage. Coordinate with logistics for efficient handling of home delivery orders.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience, update promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts regularly.
- Service Delivery (Spa & Grooming): Assist in managing spa and grooming appointments, coordinate staff scheduling, and ensure quality of pet spa services. Handle customer follow-ups and ensure satisfaction with spa experiences.
- Team Leadership: Supervise floor staff, assign daily responsibilities, support training of new employees on customer handling and store SOPs, and maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the store.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage both store floor and service operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in pet retail, spa, grooming, or lifestyle retail sector.
- Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools.
