Store Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily store activities, ensuring sales goals are met, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, including serving customers, inventory management, and reconciling cash.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive foot traffic, average ticket sales, and other assigned sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales information and provide insightful analysis on a weekly basis.
  • Implement purchasing plans and manage inventory through our POS system.
  • Maintain high expectations for sales associates in terms of cleanliness and organization.
