Store Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Store Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store management and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock rotation, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily store operations including cleanliness, safety, security, and efficient material handling.
  • Inventory Planning: Analyze consumption trends and plan inventory by determining stock levels, reorder points, and order quantities.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and develop a high-performing store team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also be proficient in MS Office and have working knowledge of ERP systems.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with inventory control and material planning
  • Understanding of tax compliance for materials
  • MIS reporting and documentation skills
