Job Title

As a Junior Influencer Specialist, you will be responsible for managing influencer relationships and building a database of influencers across various categories in India. This role involves creating commercial opportunities that align with brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an extensive influencer database across categories, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW INFLUENCERS to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate with influencers to secure commercial opportunities that align with our brand values.
  • Prepare campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • C coordinate and manage expectations from both internal teams and external influencers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and prioritize top influencers across categories in India to enhance marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute successful campaigns that drive business results.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • PASSION FOR INTERNET/DIGITAL IS ESSENTIAL.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Able to analyze trends and data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Passionate about building successful partnerships with influencers.
