About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development: Scale the brand's social media channels by crafting strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and reach.
- Content Creation: Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and appeals to the target audience.
- Video Content Production: Participate in video creation, bringing authenticity and personality to the brand's social media presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and track campaign performance using metrics to drive insights and improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.
- Influencer Relations: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach.
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully.
- Ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video.
- Experience identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Innovative approach to content creation and campaign management.
