Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in creating engaging social media content, brand campaigns, and marketing activations. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking—requiring you to develop ideas, execute plans, and manage social content across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar aligned with business objectives
    • Create compelling content that aligns with our aesthetic and voice
    • Write high-quality copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
    • Analyse social performance and suggest improvements based on data insights
    • Ensure consistent upkeep of all social platforms, including post scheduling, tagging, profile maintenance, and platform-specific requirements
    • Benchmark against competitors and monitor industry trends
    • Respond to customer inquiries and interactions on Instagram in a timely and brand-aligned manner
  • Marketing & Brand Communication:
    • Support the marketing lead in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, physical, and partner platforms
    • Collaborate with external partners, stylists, and influencers for collaborations and coverage
    • Assist in ideating and executing event promotions and brand partnerships
    • Contribute to shaping brand storytelling across touchpoints through thoughtful messaging
    • Maintain cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury industries
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and tone
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and analytics tools
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and collaboration skills
