About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to strengthen our brand's online presence. The candidate should have good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), be able to generate new ideas, create engaging content, and post regularly.

The role also includes video and photo shoots at our factory, so preference will be given to candidates (female preferred) who are comfortable appearing on camera and creating content themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and create social media content (posts, reels, stories, videos, photos).

Shoot videos and photos at the factory and upload them to different platforms.

Bring fresh and creative ideas to increase engagement.

Write captions and use hashtags and keywords effectively.

Maintain a social media calendar and ensure consistent posting.

Perform basic video and photo editing (using Canva, CapCut, InShot, photoshop, premiere pro etc.).

Collaborate with the team to cover activities and product content.

Requirements

Graduate (any stream) – Freshers can also apply.

Good understanding of social media platforms.

Creative mindset with ability to think out-of-the-box.

Basic skills in video/photo editing apps are an advantage.

Confident in front of the camera for reels and product videos.

Good communication skills.

Female candidates preferred.
