Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, managing influencer campaigns, and overseeing social media marketing mandates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Briefing and working with external partners to develop and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for short-form video social marketing activations, including owned and operated social channels and allied partner networks.
  • Collaborating closely with external partners to align plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Providing critical insights to internal teams on key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.
  • Driving reach through paid media initiatives.
  • Community management, focusing on identifying engagement opportunities and fostering conversations between the brand and users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic ownership of social marketing mandates and ability to oversee go-to-market strategy.
  • Proficiency in working with data and numbers, as well as understanding the pulse of compelling content that resonates with social media audiences.
  • Ability to maintain agency execution in line with marketing briefs while ensuring brand and partner guidelines are adhered to.
  • In-depth understanding of the Indian social media ecosystem, including KOF Short Format Video Ecosystem and SFV influencers.
  • Expertise in project management and marketing execution across channels and markets.
  • Strong track record of creativity and data-driven optimization in social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media best practices and campaigns in India and around the world.
  • Experience in social analytics and knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and comfort with data-backed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with independence, ownership, and ability to form own point of view and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing.
