Senior Specialist, Paid Social

A results-driven Senior Specialist, Paid Social is sought after to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive paid social strategy across all relevant channels.

About the Opportunity
  • This role entails owning the end-to-end process of building and executing a strategic approach for all paid social channels, encompassing campaign development, optimization, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The successful candidate will drive App acquisition campaign improvement and be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members.
  2. They will identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.
  3. The ideal candidate will own the full project and campaign lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.
  4. Collaboration with local marketing teams and providing clear guidance on how to best execute local tactics is also crucial.
  5. Additionally, they will continuously contribute to the improvement of best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Strong App acquisition expertise, and ideally full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Lead projects, instructed teams, and managed various stakeholders.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into an actionable roadmap.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
