Are you a visionary Architect seeking a challenging role in a global firm? We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Technical Architects (B.Arch) with 2-12 years of experience.

Job Description

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading or contributing significantly to the planning, design, detailing, and documentation of architectural projects. You will coordinate with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms to ensure consistent design delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading or contributing to project planning, design, detailing, and documentation
  • Coordinating with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms
  • Ensuring compliance with Indian codes, local bylaws, and global best practices

You will also participate in client meetings, preparing design presentations, drawings, and reports. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor junior team members (Architectural Assistants/Technologists), oversee construction documentation, and collaborate with contractors/consultants during execution phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your expertise in Revit, construction detailing, and technical documentation. You should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global studio environment.
