Job Description

A dynamic and ambitious architect is sought to lead the creation of clear and concise architectural designs. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management, team leadership, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, good listening skills, and strong follow-through capabilities. They should have a strong understanding of building codes, sustainable practices, and proficiency in REVIT and SketchUp.

  • Developing comprehensive architectural designs that meet industry standards and government regulations.

  • Supervising junior architects and assigning tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Planning and executing skill enhancement workshops for team members.
  • Explaining design requirements and specifications to stakeholders.
  • Providing regular updates on project status and completion timelines.

This position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, running kickoff meetings, and managing bidding procedures. The successful candidate will also assist in proposal preparation and run projects with minimal oversight from senior leadership.
