Identity Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Architect to design, develop and implement cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role involves defining the overall IAM architecture, guiding technical teams and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

This position is ideal for a skilled professional who can translate business requirements into scalable IAM architectures and workflows. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing custom workflows, rules, forms and reports using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation skills, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments. A background in cloud IAM, DevOps tools and API development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable IAM architectures and workflows.
  • Design integration patterns for enterprise applications, directories and cloud services.
  • Lead and oversee SailPoint IdentityIQ development, customization and configuration.
  • Guide teams on lifecycle management, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC) and access certifications.
  • Review and optimize code, workflows and rules for performance and compliance.
  • Architect connectors for integration with HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP, cloud apps and custom applications.
  • Evaluate and onboard new applications into the IAM ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance and provisioning concepts.
  • Expertise in developing custom workflows, rules, forms and reports in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong Java, BeanShell, XML and SQL programming skills.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
