Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Finance Manager to assume a pivotal role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. They will collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making, develop and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, and identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a pivotal role in financial planning and strategy development.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Identify areas of operational inefficiency and implement process improvements to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

\

The ideal candidate will possess a CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance Management (BFM) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry, demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
