Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to provide financial insights and recommendations.
3. Conduct variance analysis on financial performance against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.
4. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
5. Analyze costs, profitability, and business performance to optimize financial outcomes.
6. Evaluate various business scenarios and their financial impact, providing data-driven recommendations.
7. Work closely with senior executives, finance teams, and other departments to drive financial strategies.
8. Continuously enhance FP&A processes and financial reporting frameworks.
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
2. Chartered Accountant or MBA qualification preferred.
3. Proven ability to manage a team of 3-5 members.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP an added advantage.
5. Excellent analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge.
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
7. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively.
9. Result-oriented approach to achieving goals.
