Job Title: Senior Financial PlannerAs a Senior Financial Planner, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy by leveraging your expertise in planning, performance analysis and forecasting.Responsibilities:
  1. Own end-to-end process for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across geographies, business threads, and functions.
  2. Lead budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts for 12-month and 3-year horizons.
  3. P presents complex financial scenarios to aid decision-making.
  4. Drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and planning processes.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  1. Prepare and present detailed monthly and ad-hoc financial reports providing deep business insights.
  2. Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight trends and variances.
  3. Develop concise analysis packs covering key financial metrics across periods.
  4. Deliver on-demand analysis tailored to departmental and strategic needs.
Business Intelligence and Data Analysis:
  1. Implement and manage dashboards for daily/weekly/MTD/YTD performance tracking.
  2. Enable leadership and departmental heads with data-driven analysis and real-time insights.
  3. Conduct thorough benchmarking of key financial and operational metrics against industry standards and peer companies and prepare periodic reports and presentations summarizing findings for senior leadership
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years in FP&A, Planning & Strategy or Consulting.
  • CA or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent Presentation and advance excel skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear decision-enabling insights.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a flair for impactful presentations.
