Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

 

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. As a senior financial strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models to support business growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management. Explain financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Strategic Planning: Support strategic business initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations. Develop financial models and evaluate business cases to aid decision making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and align financial plans with organizational goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in finance and accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance (both India and US), and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
