Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined CSO to lead security operations across all campuses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate security operations to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
  • Develop and implement campus security protocols and emergency response procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Supervise and train the internal security team and liaise with outsourced security agencies to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain vigilance over campus access points and ensure perimeter security to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Liaise with local authorities as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular security audits, threat assessments, and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Handle situations involving student discipline, theft, vandalism, protests, and any unlawful activities with fairness and firmness.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to campus safety and security.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Retired Officer from Paramilitary Forces with the rank of at least Deputy Commandant or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of service experience in the paramilitary forces, preferably with exposure to campus, industrial, or institutional security.
  • Proven leadership and crisis management skills.
  • Experience in handling security operations in an educational or large institutional setup is preferred.
