Job Title: Chief Security Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned security leader to design, implement, and maintain the overall security strategy for our operations.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Security Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the physical security of employees, assets, and facilities across India.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across our operations, including threats to employees, assets, and facilities.
  • Security Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including security personnel management, access control, surveillance, and incident response.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards, and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Emergency Response Planning and Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct regular drills and training, and manage crisis situations.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with our leadership, employees, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of security awareness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
