Job Title – Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our business forward. As Chief Operating Officer, you will define the company's strategic direction, drive operational efficiency, ensure financial growth, and position us as a leader in the global market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a CEO or senior executive role, with expertise in mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle. You will also possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as a deep understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap.
  • Lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
  • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
  • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.

Financial & Business Performance:

  • Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer base.

People Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.

Sustainability & Compliance:

  • Compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Reduction in carbon footprint / energy consumption.
  • Implementation of sustainable manufacturing practices.
