Category Manager Opportunity
">This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Category Manager. As a key member of the category management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across various sub-categories.
">- Determine customer market needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Grow selection across sub-categories, brands, and use cases.
- Manage brand partners and optimize category terms.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Work with the category management team to create innovative promotions and site features.
- Develop short-term and long-term plans for growth and report regularly to senior management on key metrics and risk factors.
- Liaise with the global community to drive innovation and share best practices.
Requirements:
">- 2-5 years of relevant experience in consumer-facing sectors such as E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG.
- Strong business judgment and negotiation skills.
- Proven analytical thinking and project management skills.
- Candidate must be fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred from top institutions.
