  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local market conditions and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCIM, CPM, or SFR.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
