Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a remote setup.
  • Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.
