About the Role

Lenze Global HR Architecture team is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors consultant for global projects. The role involves implementing and managing Employee Central (SAP SF EC) projects.

  • Key Responsibilities as Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors EC:
  • Plan, manage, and oversee full project implementations.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, partners).
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and organizational standards.
  • Support global rollout strategies.

As Technical Lead & Advisor:

  • Own technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Act as trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems.
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.
  • Develop reports and maintain technical documentation.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced professional with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including full-cycle implementations. A strong understanding of technical consulting and solution architecture is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.
