About this role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team as an IAM Engineer. In this critical position, you will play a vital role in safeguarding client identities and access to their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer ISAM modules including Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), and Federation.
  • Manage ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support, ensuring seamless access to systems.
  • Configure SSO solutions using Access Manager, promoting secure single sign-on experiences.
  • Implement federated single sign-on using SAML Standards, safeguarding client data.
  • Maintain understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Leverage knowledge in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model, enhancing system security.
  • Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements, streamlining access control.
  • Develop and implement multi-factor authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms, protecting client assets.
  • Provide day-to-day operations support activities, resolving issues and closing tickets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and provision ISAM solutions, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in IAM/ISAM administration and support.
  • Expertise in ISAM module skills, including Base, AAC, and Federation.
  • Proficiency in configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager and implementing federated single sign-on.
  • Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Ability to lead and participate in outage calls, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting SLAs and customer expectations.
