Privileged Access Management Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) engineer to enhance our organization's IAM and PAM capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for IAM and PAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the technologies we utilize, connectivity and authentication mechanisms.
  • Collaborating with security teams to ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
  • Deploying and configuring One Identity Safeguard solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.
  • Assisting in integrating One Identity Safeguard with other systems, such as Active Directory, SIEM tools, and multi-factor authentication platforms.
  • Customizing the platform to fit the organization's needs, including policy settings, reports, and alerts.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Regularly reviewing and applying updates or patches to the One Identity Safeguard system to ensure its integrity and security.
  • Performing routine system checks and preventative maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.

Application Troubleshooting:

  • Investigating and diagnosing software application issues reported by end-users.
  • Escalating complex problems to appropriate teams and tracking resolution progress.
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps and maintaining knowledge base articles.
  • Assisting in the preparation of audit documentation and evidence regarding privileged access security.
  • Ensuring the IAM/PAM systems comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Acting as a second-level support for issues related to privileged access management.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with the One Identity Safeguard system.

User Training and Onboarding:

  • Assisting new users in understanding IAM and PAM processes.
  • Conducting training sessions to educate employees on best practices for secure access management.

Incident Response:

  • Participating in incident response activities related to IAM and PAM incidents.
  • Coordinating with security teams during security breaches or unauthorized access events.

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with developers, system administrators, and security analysts to enhance IAM and PAM capabilities.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, security threats, and IAM/PAM advancements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with significant experience in IAM/PAM areas, including 5+ years in various IAM/PAM related technologies.
