Senior IAM Specialist

    About the Role.

    As a Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of the organization's IAM systems architectural strategy. This involves ensuring secure user authentication and authorization across various platforms, contributing to the protection of company data and resources.

    Responsibilities:

  • Support the identity program with high attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings.
  • Coach and review the work of other team members.
  • Lead in the design and deployment of advanced IAM solutions (IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA).
  • Oversee the integration of complex systems and applications into the IAM infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IAM governance frameworks.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to identity services.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related incidents.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in IAM or advanced cybersecurity roles.
  • 3-5 years' experience in any one of the tools Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt, One Identity (Identity Governance and Administration) is mandatory for the role.

    Required Skills:

  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement.
  • 3+ years' experience engineering and implementing IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity).
  • 5+ years' experience administering the integrating and configuring of applications and systems into IGA platforms.
  • Experience conducting UAT sandbox testing and promotion with IGA platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles (ULM, RBAC, certifications, access reviews, SoD, ITDR).
  • Proficiency with enterprise IAM technology (IGA, MFA, PAM, Data Governance, Entra ID, Active Directory).
  • Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, Kerberos).
  • 5+ years' advanced scripting (PowerShell, Java, JSON) for automation tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM architecture and design principles.
  • Knowledge of IAM-related security risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to conduct IAM-related audits and access reviews.
  • Ability and willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.

    Preferred Skills:

Senior-level certifications (AZ-500, CIDPRO, CIAM, CIMP, CCSP)
