Job Overview

A Senior IAM Engineer will play a crucial role in securing an organization's information assets by designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, access control, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Provide technical expertise and support for IAM-related projects and initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular IAM audits and assessments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM technologies and trends.
Requirements

7-10 years of experience in IAM engineering or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with industry-leading IAM solutions, such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.
  • Scripting language skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  • Cloud platform experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Directory services experience (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Security framework experience (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • IAM certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISSP).

The following skills are preferred but not required:

  • Identity federation technology experience (e.g., SAML, OAuth).
  • Privileged access management (PAM) solution experience.
  • Data loss prevention (DLP) solution experience.
