Advanced IAM Support Specialist RoleCyberSolve is looking for an experienced IAM professional to join its powerful identity and access management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ, with expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.The role offers advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform. Key responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates;
  • Analyzing logs and debugging code to resolve complex issues;
  • Collaborating with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates;
  • Managing connectors for various target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, etc.);
  • Implementing and managing SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications;
  • Performing environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning;
  • Supporting onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
Required Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis;
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs;
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.);
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).
Good to Have: If you also have experience with:
  • SailPoint IIQ upgrades and migrations;
  • SQL, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs;
  • Compliance and audit requirements in IAM.
