IAM Security Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IBM ISIM/TDI support, troubleshooting, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF IBM ISIM/IGI, TDI SYSTEMS
  • TROUBLESHOOTING AND ANALYSIS OF ISSUES RELATED TO ISIM/TDI ENVIRONMENTS
  • MANAGEMENT OF IDENTITY LIFECYCLE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING PROVISIONING, DE-PROVISIONING, ACCESS CONTROL, AND IDENTITY GOVERNANCE
  • HEALTH CHECKS AND MONITORING OF ISIM/TDI SYSTEMS FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE AND AVAILABILITY
  • SUPPORT FOR INTEGRATION WITH VARIOUS SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS, ENSURING SECURE AND EFFICIENT FLOW OF IDENTITY AND ACCESS DATA
  • ASSISTANCE WITH UPGRADES, PATCHES, AND DEPLOYMENTS TO ENSURE SYSTEMS ARE UP TO DATE
  • COLLABORATION WITH DEVELOPMENT AND SECURITY TEAMS TO IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ISIM/TDI SYSTEMS
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT TO UNDERSTAND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMEND IDENTITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
  • DOCUMENTATION OF SOLUTIONS, ISSUES, AND WORKAROUNDS TO BUILD A KNOWLEDGE BASE FOR THE TEAM AND CUSTOMERS
  • SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF USER AUTHENTICATION ISSUES, SINGLE SIGN-ON (SSO), AND INTEGRATION WITH LDAP/AUTHENTICATE DIRECTORY
  • ISSUE RESOLUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLAS)
  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, OR A RELATED FIELD
  • 5-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH IBM ISIM (IBM SECURITY IDENTITY MANAGER) AND IBM TDI (IBM TIVOLI DIRECTORY INTEGRATOR)
  • HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN CONFIGURING, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND MAINTAINING IBM ISIM AND TDI ENVIRONMENTS
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF IDENTITY MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS, INCLUDING USER PROVISIONING, ROLE-BASED ACCESS CONTROL (RBAC), SSO, AND GOVERNANCE
  • EXPERIENCE WITH LDAP, AUTHENTICATED DIRECTORY, AND OTHER DIRECTORY SERVICES
  • KNOWLEDGE OF WEB SERVICES (SOAP, REST) AND EXPERIENCE WITH INTEGRATION PROTOCOLS
  • FAMILIARITY WITH SECURITY BEST PRACTICES AND TOOLS IN IDENTITY MANAGEMENT
  • STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING, DEBUGGING, AND TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM
  • EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICENOW IS A PLUS
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN EST TIME ZONE, BUT ALSO WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN 24/7 SHIFT IF REQUIRED
