Identity & Access Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to lead our organization's IAM strategy and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's IAM strategy, aligning with business goals and security requirements.
  • Establish IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, providing mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), LDAP, Okta, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, or other IAM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and identity federation protocols.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA.
  • Experience with IAM in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Strong integration skills with APIs, cloud applications, and third-party identity providers.
  • CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or other IAM-specific certifications preferred.
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing IAM implementations, security projects, and cross-functional teams.
Audit & Compliance:
  • Support internal and external audits related to IAM, ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.
  • Prepare documentation for audits, including access control policies, procedures, and audit logs.
