Job Purpose/Summary:
We are looking for an experienced engineer to support and manageSingle Sign-On (SSO), authentication services, and enterprise identity infrastructure. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise applications through centralized identity and access management (IAM), covering user authentication, SSO integration, and full account lifecycle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support enterprise SSO infrastructure including integration with cloud like OKTA and on-prem applications.
• Oversee authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos) to ensure secure and seamless access.
• Maintain and optimize identity and access management (IAM) systems including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Federation Services (e.g., ADFS, Entra ID Connect).
• Monitor authentication systems and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
• Implement and document policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD etc
• Good understanding of troubleshooting on SSO (SAML,OIDC)
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
Qualificaton:
• 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
• Experience with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Okta, or similar identity providers.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for identity automation.
• Understanding of account lifecycle management and integration with HR systems.
• Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
