Responsibilities

The Assistant Category Manager will collaborate closely with Category Managers and Heads to co-own the growth, profitability, and customer experience of assigned categories. Key responsibilities include:

Category Strategy Development: Assist in building and executing category and brand strategies, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining relationships with relevant brands.

Fostering Brand Relationships: Ensure business plans are executed, performance reviews are conducted, marketing plans are created with marketing teams, and customer journeys are enhanced with brand support.

E-commerce Funnel Understanding: Analyze traffic, cart additions, conversions, and suggest timely interventions.

Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to devise innovative promotions and campaigns.

Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in the category, sub-categories, and top brands, and present trend reports to internal stakeholders.

Customer Voice: Gather actionable insights from customers, using data from NPS surveys, customer service calls, return reasons, and size chart recommendations, with the aim of delighting customers throughout the order journey.

Key Skills: Strong bias for action, excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, trend spotting, fashion communication, ownership, and analytical skills.
