Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Representative.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to assigned locations to perform services, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Travel to assigned locations to perform services, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports of services performed, using industry-specific software applications.

Requirements:

  • Degree: A degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of computer software applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
