Deputy Manager

First Half of the Season – Education Counseling & Calls

* Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for prospective students and parents, explaining course offerings, career prospects, and admission procedures.

* Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

* Proactively reach out to potential leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate and updated student interaction records in the CRM system.

* Guide students through application processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

* Achieve individual and team admission targets through consistent conversion efforts.

Second Half of the Season – Field Activities

* Plan and execute field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions to promote admissions.

* Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, workshops, and community events.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school principals, counselors, and community leaders.

* Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions for prospective students.

* Generate leads through offline marketing activities and track conversion results.

* Collaborate with the marketing team for event coordination, branding, and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
