This key role will serve as the second line of support, after AI-assisted self-service, for staff members. You will assist with issues related to corporate services and help ensure that administrative tasks are resolved quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Critical Support: Provide expert assistance via ServiceNow for corporate services inquiries. Troubleshoot issues related to Travel, Expense, and general corporate services operations.
- Complex Case Resolution & Escalation: Maintain logs of common problems and their resolutions. Escalate complex cases to internal teams for resolution.
- Knowledge Management: Update the AI assistant and knowledge articles based on frequently asked questions and their answers to enhance self-service capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years' experience in customer-facing roles.
- Technical expertise in ServiceNow and SAP Concur.
- Familiarity with corporate services (including Travel, Expense, and Meetings Management).
- Basic understanding of Travel and Expense management tools and processes.
- Familiarity with highly regulated industries is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
- Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to respond thoughtfully to questions and concerns.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot operational issues and find effective resolutions.
