Client Retention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Retention Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize various communication channels to engage with customers and provide timely assistance.
  • Keep clients informed about new product offerings and services relevant to their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to determine client needs.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good technical knowledge of employee benefits and general insurance products.
  • Minimum 5-9 years of experience in the general insurance sector or with insurance brokers.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field.
