Job Opportunity: Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. This role will involve providing exceptional support to students and parents, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the BrightChamps journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Offer personalized assistance to students, addressing their concerns and needs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Concern Resolution: Handle concerns and refund requests with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Academy teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who can take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams and ensure swift and effective execution.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
