A Fortune 50 client is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead their enterprise Data Management Operations team. A successful candidate will possess expertise in guiding Agile teams within complex software release environments, preferably with experience in application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating cross-functional teams and prioritizing deliverables effectively. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of large-scale data warehouse migration projects, leveraging tools such as Azure Data Warehouse. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage time efficiently in a distributed environment.

This is a 100% remote opportunity based in India, requiring the successful candidate to work flexibly between 10am IST and 10pm IST. If you are a motivated and experienced Scrum Master looking to take on a challenging role, please apply now.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise-level software release environment (ideally 5+ years)
  • Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices
  • Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud (more Paas or SaaS) migrations
  • Proficient in ADO
  • Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS Access)
  • Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud providers
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proactive approach
