As a highly skilled Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in leading and facilitating our Agile team towards exceptional delivery. Your expertise will ensure seamless collaboration, effective communication, and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to foster teamwork and transparency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Develop and maintain Scrum frameworks, ensuring adaptability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  1. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework implementation
  3. Proven track record as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 4+ years of experience
  4. Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1), PSM2, or similar qualification is desirable
  5. Experience working with Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scrum
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and open-minded personality for effective team management
  7. Proficient in English and skilled at working in multi-site, multi-technology environments
  8. Knowledge of Agile & DevOps tools and practices, with an understanding of the payments industry advantageous
