ECM Architect

We are seeking a seasoned ECM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ECM-based solutions.
  • Design scalable and secure architectures using OpenText Content Server, xECM, and Archive Server.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Integrate ECM systems with enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
  • Provide technical leadership on migration projects, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Guide and mentor development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams.
  • Stay up to date with OpenText product upgrades and emerging ECM technologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in ECM architecture/design.
  • Strong hands-on experience in OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM (xECM), Archive Center, OTDS, and AppWorks.
  • Experience integrating ECM with SAP (VIM, xECM for SAP Solutions).
  • Proficiency in Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, Java, OScript, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of ECM architecture, metadata models, and workflows.
  • Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and content lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OpenText Certifications.
  • Experience with OpenText Cloud Editions (CE).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience working in regulated industries.
