Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant manufacturing operations, developing and implementing a maintenance program for the Plant and equipment, formalizing standard operating procedures for the department, and maintaining through Institutional monitoring tracking of safe working practices at the site.

This role involves managing a team of Maintenance Engineers/Technicians in all maintenance activities undertaken in operational mode, visiting sites to identify potential problem areas, and tracking compliance with maintenance plans.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with 18-25 years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry and 10 years of supervisory or management experience.

Your technical and supervisory experience should include handling various types of equipment, facility maintenance, knowledge of mechanical safety practices, prior knowledge of food processing equipment, good communication skills and team leading skills.

You should also be willing to travel and work off-shift hours, overtime, and be on call as needed.
