Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Engineering Services & Projects leader.

  • Collaborate with senior management and team members to ensure plant manufacturing operations are safe, efficient, and reliable.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Maintenance programme for the Plant and equipment, formalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
  • Maintain optimal plant and equipment performance in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Function as Project Manager for various tasks, including planning, executing specific projects, designing manufacturing layouts, coordinating equipment selections, interacting with contractors, and evaluating productivity metrics.
  • Prioritize and prepare Handing over documents with all as-built drawings and test reports for official records.
  • Maintain accurate Institution Monitoring tracking of safe working practices at all times.
  • Lead Maintenance teams consisting of Maintenance Engineers/Technicians for all maintenance activities (PM/Breakdown) undertaken in operational environments.
  • Visit all sites to identify potential problem areas and address them in a proactive and planned manner.
  • Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by site heads, ensuring prompt closure.
  • Ensure compliance with Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules as per the maintenance plan.
  • Optimise usage of resources like manpower, energy, fuel, and inventory to maximise efficiency.
  • Control costs over inventory and Repair & Maintenance expenses.
  • Standardize spares/consumables to reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance procedures to meet output targets and deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of plant manufacturing operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
