Crusher Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a crusher plant. This involves managing teams and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of crusher plant operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency;">
  • Manage and motivate a team of operators and supervisors to meet production targets;">
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations;">
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the plant;">
  • Maintain accurate records of plant performance, including production levels, maintenance schedules and safety incidents.">

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the quarrying or mining industry;">
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team;">
  • Fluent English language skills;">
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances;">
