Job Title: Plant Manager

  • Ensure smooth operations: Troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain machinery and implement process improvements to optimize production.
  • Prepare and submit reports: Provide regular updates on production performance and quality to senior management.
  • Foster employee engagement: Promote a positive work environment, recognize employee achievements and encourage open communication.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies: Manage inspections, audits and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
