Job Title: Strategic Operations Leader

The role of Strategic Operations Leader involves steering student experience, managing finances, and ensuring clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead campus operations, manage strategy, and identify obstacles to achieve goals.
  • Manage P&L, cross-functional teams, and coordinate initiatives with the central program team.
  • Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes.
  • Set up processes to improve engagement levels and performance through pedagogy, content, and class delivery.
  • Manage the student experience charter, marketing, and branding.
  • Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes.
  • Manage strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred.
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
  • Balance between setting up long-term processes and achieving short-term goals.
  • Empathy towards students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
