Talasha is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive the last mile delivery of services in India. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end city operations, ensuring timely service delivery and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead city-wide operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage ground staff and last mile operations, including deployment, training, and utilization
- Design and implement optimized delivery networks to reduce timelines and increase efficiency
- Analyze processes for improvement, focusing on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and service efficiency
- Build scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated across top cities
- Create performance monitoring metrics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
