Chief of Staff to Centre of Excellence Head

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team as the strategic partner to the Content Centre of Excellence Head.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and content creation. They will be responsible for assisting the Head of the Centre of Excellence in achieving business objectives, managing special projects, and overseeing daily operations.

This is a full-time, hybrid contract role located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will work closely with internal BUs, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Lead the development of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social) that drive business results.
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Agile Workflow Management: Run Agile workflows for content operations, ensuring efficient and effective content production.
  • Editorial Quality Standards: Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews) to maintain high-quality content.
  • Vendor and Freelancer Management: Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Status Updates and Stakeholder Communications: Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Planning and Project Management Skills: Essential - Strong skills in strategic planning and project management.
  • Content Creation and Management: Essential - Very strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational Management Experience: Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications.
  • Coordination and Process Streamlining Abilities: Coordination and process streamlining abilities.
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation Skills: Executive support and report preparation skills.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to Work on-Site: Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Similar Role Experience: Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Technology Degree: Preferable - A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
