Business Partner & People Advocate

As a trusted Business Partner and advocate for People & Organization, you will bring deep insight and expertise to business issues. You will consult with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives that translate business requirements into human capital imperatives.

You will orchestrate and facilitate changes to organizational culture, design, and structure. This role is unique in its span across multiple Corporate Functions and includes responsibility for functional employees within the Business.

This position provides a remarkable opportunity to engage with a broad set of senior stakeholders, including those working directly with Country CEOs, CFOs, and Function Heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership teams and people managers to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with P&O Expert functions like Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Talent Management.
  • Advise on relevant P&O programs, policies, and processes aligned with business strategy.
  • Identify and lead change management initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate the local People Strategy, translating it into actionable P&O goals.
  • Support cultural transformation in alignment with company strategy.
  • Lead key people processes including Talent Acquisition, Job Levelling, Merit, Recognition, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Learning.
  • Represent local functional needs within the broader P&O organization.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in People & Organization in P&O Business Partnering.
  • Experience of working with Senior Stakeholders and an independent view while advising and partnering with them.
  • Great interpersonal skills, assertiveness, emotional maturity, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively amongst diverse teams.
  • Data analytics & comfort with adapting to evolving technology.
