Job Summary:

This role requires a seasoned executive who can drive sales performance and operational excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and seamless execution across all functions.

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to achieve targeted business objectives.
    • Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand our reach.
    • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain alignment with our strategies.
    • Drive, mentor, and motivate the sales team with clear performance metrics, training, and development standards.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations including data calling, counselling, application processing, and admission confirmation procedures.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of tasks.
    • Track and report student recruitment numbers, conversion ratios, and operational performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth:
    • Collaborate with leadership to set annual business goals and expansion plans.
    • Create detailed sales forecasts and performance reviews for sales and operations.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, train, and mentor sales, counselling, and operations teams to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, student-first service, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure clear communication of goals, responsibilities, and expectations across teams to avoid confusion or miscommunication.
